Movements are slow and deliberate without exerting force or power.  The speed of the breathing matches the speed of the movement.

Villari's has been servicing Chittenden and Addison County since 1981 under the guidance of Laurie Shover a 9th Degree Master in Shaolin Kempo Karate and Master of Chi Kung (Qigong). We have been teaching Physical Defense to Children, Teens, and Adults individually and as entire families in the studio, at home, in schools, and the work place whenever and where ever needed. Our professional Black Belts and Master Instructors are dedicated to helping people learn the tradition of Shaolin Kempo Karate, Chi Kung, and Self-Defense.

Come join LUHS coaches and explore the fundamentals of lacrosse.  This clinic is designed to introduce the sport and skills such as cradling, ground-balls, passing and shooting.  Sessions will be 45mins and will include warm up and cool downs and stretching. Sign up for the full 4 weeks and get a free t-shirt. No Equipment required except athletic shoes.

Hip-hop and Jazz dance class for kids! This 45 minute class inspires creativity and helps teach the fundamentals of both Jazz and hip hop.  Students will work on coordination, rhythm, dance technique and strength.  We will also work on a small routine for the kids to perform for parents on the last day!  Dance is an amazing way to gain confidence and self accomplishment.  All classes taught by Emma St. Cyr, current LUMS Dance Team Coach.

Rounds include a warm up, high-intensity intervals with kickboxing combinations, low impact movements, and a meditative cooldown. This fun and upbeat class will provide you with a full body workout and leave you feeling strong and empowered. Just bring your yoga mat and water. All fitness levels are welcome!
