My goal with creating Fitness by Danielle was not only to guide folks on their health and wellness journey, but to create a community of empowerment and support. I am here to walk with you through successes and triumphs as well as slug through the depths of mediocracy. For me, fitness is not just an aesthetic aspiration (although it has been many times in the past, and I am not one to judge if that is your goal), but a way to keep my sanity and a way to engage with others. If you have met me before, you know that laughter is a big part of what I do. I've always said "Laughter is the best medicine" and while exercise can sometimes be challenging or the last thing you want to be doing right now, you can always find a good laugh in what we do together. Whether you are an experienced athlete or exercise participant or a never-before done a thing participant, we have something here for you. We have SOMEONE here for you. I just want you to show up. Sometimes that is the hardest part. Just keep showing up. Let yourself be where you are mentally, emotionally, physically. Just show up.
